Sophia Panych is a beauty editor and content strategist based in London. Originally from New York, she began her career at Condé Nast, first at Glamour and then at Allure where she remained for almost a decade. As the magazine’s beauty editor and then digital beauty director, Sophia wrote extensively about the beauty industry and directed the brand’s digital strategy. She also reported from backstage at New York, Milan, and Paris fashion weeks for over eight years, making her one of the most seasoned backstage beauty reporters in the industry. In 2019, she moved to London where she held roles as head of editorial content at POPSUGAR UK and Farfetch.


Entertainement Editor

Eve Crosbie is a London-based editor who has written extensively about the entertainment industry for publications including Insider, Cosmopolitan, ELLE, and POPSUGAR UK. She has interviewed some of the most acclaimed filmmakers, actors, and creatives working today, and has reported from the set of several major productions, as well as countless red carpets, award shows, and film festivals.

Fawnia Soo Hoo is a freelance fashion and entertainment journalist, who specialises in television and film costume design. Her bylines have appeared in The Hollywood Reporter, Vanity Fair, Elle, Vogue, and W. Fawnia was a featured writer in The New York Times bestseller, Rise: A Pop History of Asian America From the Nineties to Now and co-writes a Gen X-focused newsletter, Whatever Nevermind. Adam Hurly is a journalist for the men’s grooming industries. His core clients include GQ, Robb Report, and Men’s Journal. He resides in Lisbon and also previously worked in the film industry (talent management, Pixar story dept, and Telluride Film Festival production). Movies are Adam’s personality.


Humeara Mohamed is a London-based writer whose work can be found in Vogue, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, The Independent, Refinery29, Dazed, and more. She’s also worked as a copywriter and consultant across brands like Cult Beauty and MAC Cosmetics. She enjoys writing about all things beauty and, like a makeup magpie, simply can’t resist a new shimmery eyeshadow. She can be found somewhere rattling on about the importance of sunscreen, knitting, swimming outdoors in freezing cold temps, or walking her saluki on Hampstead Heath.


Lucy Abbersteen is a London-based beauty journalist with almost a decade of experience in the industry. During her career, she has written for numerous titles including Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Refinery29, PS and British Glamour. 


Tori Crowther is a freelance beauty journalist and copywriter living in South Oxfordshire. She’s written for various global publications, including Marie Claire, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and Allure and worked with a number of small and legacy brands.


Britt Stephen is a freelance writer, editor, and creative content strategist with a focus on fashion and culture. Her work has appeared in W Magazine, So Many Thoughts, and Sweet July, and she previously covered entertainment for POPSUGAR, where launched the brand's inaugural Black History Month campaign and created the content destination We Out Here. Britt also collaborates with brands to develop content that establishes their identity and voices their vision. In her free time, she loves karaoke, crosswords, and her Sims, and publishes her own Substack newsletter, Long Story Short.
