Courtney Wheeler

Courtney Wheeler is a New York-born and New York-based costume designer. Before her Emmy-nominated work as costume designer on FX’s “The Bear,” she worked on projects such as Peacock’s “Queer as Folk,” HBO’s “Betty” and Netflix’s “Dash & Lily,” for which she earned an Emmy nomination for “Outstanding Costume Design for a Drama or Daytime Fiction Program.” For Wheeler, clothing is a language all on its own and costumes tell the story of a character without words.
